Yes. ACT360 is fully GDPR aligned. Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with encryption, role-based access, and clear retention policies. Your organisation remains the data controller, and ACT360 acts as a data processor.

What are AI calls, and how many do we get?

AI calls are when ACT360’s AI generates insights, audits, or action plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you’ll receive extra AI calls in your first month to make setup stress-free.

Do you provide training and support?

Yes. We provide onboarding support, user guides, and ongoing customer support. Professional and Enterprise customers receive priority support and tailored onboarding.
